Wade, and even committed the supreme conservative ideological heresy of imposing wage and price controls. Even more often, admirers from various backgrounds dwelled on what Nixon himself cared most about: his foreign-policy work, most notably détente with the Soviet Union and his “opening” to China.

The black box warnings on psych drugs state that the drugs cause homicidal and suicidal ideation. It’s no surprise that the rise of these insane incidents parallels the rampant increase in drugged citizens in the past 50 years. Add the drug hypnosis and ECT (which hides the memory of the hypnotic suggestions) and voila... senseless mass murders.

I was in high school when Nixon resigned, so I do remember Nixon in office, but the first Presidential election I was old enough to vote in was for Reagan in 1980 (I just missed being able to vote in the 1976 election by a year).
