David L. Bunning, a Smirking Chimp stooge.
By choosing to privilege a novel constitutional right over the religious liberty interests explicitly protected in the First Amendment, and by doing so undemocratically, the Court has created a problem that only it can fix. Until then, Obergefell will continue to have “ruinous consequences for religious liberty.”

She was hired and paid to do a job -- as County Clerk she was hired and paid to issue licenses, etc. If she found she could not perform that job in good conscience, she should have quit. Quietly and privately, or loudly and publicly, whichever she wished.
But simply refusing to do the job she was hired and paid to do, she risked having The System come down on her like a ton of bricks. And it certainly has done so.
So while I sympathize with her position and plight, AND suspect that this whole shebang was a "gotcha" setup from the start, I would have counseled her to quit right then and there, and fight the battle in a situation where she had a chance of winning. Instead she took a stand, and now has paid dearly for doing so. She is a martyr, not a victor. And I find that saddening.
Former Kentucky clerk [ Kim Davis] in gay marriage case must pay additional $260K ( on top of the $100,000 in damages she was ordered to pay),
File bankruptcy on their queer asses!
This is nothing but judicious persecution.
Has she no resources of defense at all?
They may as well ship her off to the J6 Gulag; another misuse of the legal system few elected officials are fighting against. Pray for Kim.Lady Liberty must still be in a coma.
Genesis 13:13
But the men of Sodom were wicked, and sinned exceedingly against the Lord.
I was going to say the same thing.
This is not reasonable at all. They is punishment and they are sending a message to the rest of us.
Comply and submit or else we’ll ruin you one way or another.
may God continue to bless her for her great and honorable stand against sodomite marriage for her constituents. for a time the left and their corrupt judges will be able to wield lawfare (e.g., Alex Jones, Guliani, Trump, Steyn etc.), but it is a self limiting principle in my opinion, and will soon lose it’s power as we learn to use it against the left as well.
Mrs. Davis, without fear, has done the right thing, in the right way, is in very good company, and has already prevailed for God and country, imho. lawfare is a badge of honor. and all should continue to stand up against it. in His time, i’m sure God will come to her aid in such a way as to Glorify Himself. in any case, our Lord, says clearly:
Mat 5:11
“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Mat 5:12
Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
she’s in good shape no matter what.
I admire her. She chose the consequences of following her faith.
She was following Kentucky law. The USSC cannot change the law of KY by edict. It tells the State legislature to change their law to reflect the order from de Fuhrers. There was no law in place yet, so she has to follow current law. Under the 10th amendment and the Natural Law, marriage is a religious ceremony. The US govt crossed the line into regulating Religion. If they want to perform Federal Civil marriages, get to it. Republicans should get rid of marriage licenses and leave it up to the Churches.
She’s been legally harassed as much as baker Jack Phillips has been.
If I were Shenna Bellows, this verdict would make me just a teeny bit nervous.
Once gay marriage became the law of the land, her only honorable position was to resign her office. This was a forced tactical error on her part. Very sad

Was that the day that the White House was turned into an abomination?
PURE EVIL!!!
U.S. District Judge David L. Bunning = Scum of the Earth!
its hard to win an argument with an intelligent person, with a stupid person its impossible.
its not 1940 anymore. people no longer have rigid morals. morality is now on a sliding scale, that moves with the crowd. and you, dear Christian, ain't part of that crowd.
A homosexual judge sides with homosexuals. What a surprise.
This is raw revenge, nothing more. It has no place in a courtroom.
