Yes the Reynolds etc ruling essentially turned state senators into a more glorified version of lower house members.
Yes there were some incredibly low population counties out west that were cited as not worthy of having senatorial representation in the Reynolds case. Again the upper house represents a republican principle not a democratic one.
Reynolds, etc and its consequences are why the Founding Fathers were leery of too much democracy. If you have too much democracy, you have Mob-ocracy which is what we have today!

JUST IN: Snoop Dogg says he now has “nothing but love and respect” for Donald Trump.
Wow.
The comments came during an interview with The Times.
“Donald Trump? He ain’t done nothing wrong to me. He has done only great things for me.”
Snoop specifically pointed to how Trump pardoned the co-founder of his first label, Michael Harris.
“So I have nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump,” he said.
The statement is a complete 180 after Snoop Dogg made a music video in 2017, appearing to shoot Trump.
