Gussifer...
‘They’ implicated Gussifer, eventually arresting some bloke, who was incarcerated for years, for the DNC/ACT BLUE breach. Good guys that were on our/Trump’s side, figured out, based on the large amount of data transfered, that it had to have been done from the inside, therefore not a hack from the outside. The amount of time to transfer the data was another empirical clue to being an inside, not an outside job.
ACT BLUE was the DNC’s donation site, and the queen (b) rhymes with witch, had her team skimming off tens of millions of dollars because they had a mirror donation site (ACT BLUE) that donors would be redirected to (I believe) from Bernie Sanders website, so Sanders donors were donating to Clinton’s or the DNC’s ACT BLUE account, unwittingly.
Seth Rich figured it out and being a Sanders supporter, went to Wiki Leak, to get some payback.
I believe the Wiki person that Rich handed the data off to, may have had a mysterious death. This person was successful in getting the data to the Wiki Team, before his demise.
