Even if they succeed in banning Trump from the 2024 general election, that doesn’t mean that Biden and the Rats will win CO. RFK, Jr. could then win CO in the general election. Once RFK, Jr. shows he can win a state, he will take more votes from Biden and the Rats in other states.

As a Colorado citizen, I am of the opinion that the 4 justices that ruled to remove Trump from the ballot should face some kind of consequences for their actions. Their abandoning the legal principle of “innocent until proven guilty” in favor of political expediency shows that they are unfit for office.
However, I am not aware of any legal means to remove them from office. Article 13 of the state constitution structures the impeachment process nearly identical to the national process. Indictment by the House (Democrat control) and conviction by the Senate (Democrat control).
I am of the opinion that the “best” the GOP can do now is political theater by filing a motion of impeachment in the House.
And the DemoMarxists and RINOs like Lez Cheney continue to say Trump will bring tyranny to the USA. Do these idiots ever look at the big picturem what’s going around them, or can they only see through the eye of a needle and continue to make fools of themselves??

So this court ruling disenfranchises roughly half the population of Colorado, for democracy’s sake.
Regardless of what happens with trump and the colorado supreme court, this entire situation shows how far the democrats will go to get what they want. They will destroy this country to maintain power.
So when the republicans inevitably say “well we can’t do that, because it will tear the country apart”, SCREW THAT. We have one side who is completely willing to tear this country apart for whatever they want. There is no not doing something “for the good of the country anymore”. THE GLOVES HAVE TO COME OFF!!!
