As a Colorado citizen, I am of the opinion that the 4 justices that ruled to remove Trump from the ballot should face some kind of consequences for their actions. Their abandoning the legal principle of “innocent until proven guilty” in favor of political expediency shows that they are unfit for office.
However, I am not aware of any legal means to remove them from office. Article 13 of the state constitution structures the impeachment process nearly identical to the national process. Indictment by the House (Democrat control) and conviction by the Senate (Democrat control).
I am of the opinion that the “best” the GOP can do now is political theater by filing a motion of impeachment in the House.
Thank you for 1st hand CO information about getting rid of these partisan judges.
So, you don’t vote to retain your SC Justices in a General Election?
However, I am not aware of any legal means to remove them from office.

Eastman is being subjected to removal of his bar card for the act of representing a client, relying on an unconventional Constitutional interpretation. Pretty clearly Tribe, Luttig, the advocacy groups, and these judges have ALL engaged in the identical act of novel Constitutional interpretation. Bar certification for EACH should likewise be similarly imperiled.
