Even if they succeed in banning Trump from the 2024 general election, that doesn’t mean that Biden and the Rats will win CO. RFK, Jr. could then win CO in the general election. Once RFK, Jr. shows he can win a state, he will take more votes from Biden and the Rats in other states.
My first impression of your idea was that it is ridiculous. I didn’t even realize that RFK Jr was running as an independent. He may turn out to have a big role in next year’s election.
