Basically, the Colorado SC just gave the US SC the justification to remove Biden from every state ballot for committing the CRIME of aiding and abetting our nation’s greatest enemies—aka—TREASON!
Harris Faulkner just had Leo Terrell on, and he nailed the problem the Colorado SC has with their ruling: a person can NOT legally be punished for a crime for which they have not been convicted!
Not one person on that horrible show even blinked at the idea that a small state 'supreme' court could remove the rights of citizen to vote for the person of their choice.
And the rational?
Nothing more than 'polls show most people think Trump broke the law'.
Here's a flash - most citizens think Biden broke the law too. Can the Florida Supreme Court take Biden's name off ballots? And Harris's ?If not, why not?
None of this matters... nothing will happen. It will stand and the lemmings will continue to allow Communist Democrats to do whatever they please. The GOP has no heart, no vision, no clarity and no message. The Conservative movement is dead... we’re just too stupid to realize it.
