Harris Faulkner just had Leo Terrell on, and he nailed the problem the Colorado SC has with their ruling: a person can NOT legally be punished for a crime for which they have not been convicted!

It’s good to know that “Leo 2.0” is still going strong. I was impressed with his conversion those few years ago and wondered if it would stick. Looks like it did.
