The Colorado GOP won’t tolerate Donald Trump being taken off the ballot by the Democrat Supreme Court. What the Supreme Court does doesn’t matter. The GOP has decided to withdraw and move to a caucus system if this is allowed to stand.
Checkmate.
Democrats think they can tell millions of Republicans in Colorado, about 40% of the population, that they can’t vote for Donald Trump. Democrats are very desperate and are using lawfare to destroy the Republican candidate.

You heard wrong. All 7 justices are dems. Four dems voted for Trump to be removed, three dems voted against.

of course they are using lawfare, when you own the justice system, you get what you want. What they did IS election interference, file charges and have the justices arrested. If not, then maybe an unscheduled disassembly is needed.

This would get around the Primary ballot, but the Colorado Court would entertain a redo to kick him off of the General Election ballot.
