NEW YORK -- Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a candidate for the Republican nomination for president, has a book coming out next year on the legacy of a GOP hero — former President Ronald Reagan.
Threshold Editions, a conservative imprint at Simon & Schuster, announced Tuesday that it will publish “What Would Reagan Do?: Life Lessons from the Last Great President" on Feb. 6.
“It's amazing what how much Reagan was able to achieve by sticking to his principles and connecting on a human level with those around him,” Christie writes in the introduction. “Each chapter of this book is not only great history, it also contains a blueprint for bringing our country back to achieving big things at home and around the world.”
Christie's previous books include “ Let Me Finish ” and “ Republican Rescue.”

Why would Christie care what Reagan would do?

The sellout-right is seems to believe that they can make the left act like they were in the 80’s as well, when Reagan could negotiate with individual members, vs the current Establishment Borg-like setup (which Christie is part of)
I didn’t know he had written any previous books.
Maybe he hopes this will be a bestseller because the book is talking about the legacy of Reagan???
Otherwise it’s hard to get excited about a book written by Chris Christie.

He doesn’t. He would skip along the boardwalk licking ice cream holding a big stuffed animal with Reagan’s Democrat opponent a week before the election just tge same.
He’d tell you to STFU and go on a serious diet.
At least if the books don’t sell, Christie can just eat them.
America isn’t made up of the same people that were here when Reagan was president so good luck repeating his success. Might as well try to copy Coolidge , at least he shrunk the size of government
It will sit in the bargain bin at the .99 cent store next to Brittany Spears and Prince Harry’s autobiographies.
