Well, it happened.
Harvard's board voted 'yes' on keeping Claudine Gay as president of the university, despite her incredible failure to unequivocably condemn antisemitism on campus before Congress and the subsequent revelations that she apparently plagiarized some of her own academic work from others.
According to the New York Times:
Claudine Gay will stay on as president of Harvard University, the school’s governing board announced on Tuesday, despite an uproar over her evasive answers at a congressional hearing about campus antisemitism.
The members of the board, the Harvard Corporation, deliberated into the night on Monday before finally deciding not to remove Dr. Gay, the university’s first Black president, from her post.
“As members of the Harvard Corporation, we today reaffirm our support for President Gay’s continued leadership of Harvard University,” said a statement signed by all of the board members other than Dr. Gay. “Our extensive deliberations affirm our confidence that President Gay is the right leader to help our community heal and to address the very serious societal issues we are facing.”
The statement goes on, however, to acknowledge that Dr. Gay had made mistakes, including in her initial reaction to Hamas’s Oct. 7 attack on Israel. “So many people have suffered tremendous damage and pain because of Hamas’s brutal terrorist attack, and the University’s initial statement should have been an immediate, direct, and unequivocal condemnation,” the statement said.
Well, it wasn't. And the freaks now run wild at Harvard, something that hasn't happened in recent years until Gay, who's a DEI enthusiast, came onboard.
Once again, the antisemites can rest easy and feel "affirmed" and good about themselves now that Gay is going to stay. As for the Harvard Jewish students who feel just a little threatened, well, now they have some lip service, but of course, it's only that.

Harvard:
“to address the very serious societal issues we are facing.”
Translation:
“to continue our ongoing campaign of anti-white and anti-Jewish hate”
Harvard has long ceased being an excellent educational institution. Any number of state Land Grant Schools are better and more rigorous.
Harvard is merely about access and connections at this point.
Why would they not since she represents their real true feelings.
Even if they all were to resign or be fired, like the pedophile priests, they’d reappear somewhere else. They’re goddesses to the left.
It will be interesting how this plays out for fund raising, unless billions come from other countries.
The bigger issue happens to be the charter, conduct, and absurd cost of their product which is by many measures, worthless when considering other options in education. The antisemitism angle is nothing but a distraction.
Apparently open anti-Semitism isn't one of those. Whiteness, though...
The management of the college has chosen to favor radical jihadis and to reject Jews in order to keep those billions coming in from muslim countries.
Black/antisemitic privilege.
Commies and Jew Killing Nazis gotta stick together.
And learned that Japan shouldn’t make war on the US!
However, his experience and advice weren’t heeded!
A black woman who has the name Gay is unassailable in the liberal hive mind.
Also true about that college in New Haven.
But, be fair - over a lifetime those intangibles are worth close to a billion dollars, and it's the only path to ruling by decree over larger and larger swaths of the nation, starting at age 22 (or 25 if you go to law school).
If money, power, and the sex that accompanies both are something you want, you can't go wrong at Harvard OR the other one.
Black female privilege.
What is it that Harvard sells?
“We have the smartest staff to train your children.”
Do they?
When they hire people too stupid to do their own thinking and writing?
Harvard is now officially a joke.
Oh fully agree with you. They will get money power and connections. But they are less educated and well-read than countless people right here at FR. The emperor has no clothes.
Not even kidding.
