You sure? On his private devices absolutely. But if this was a government-owned and paid for cell phone I don’t think he does. I know lower government employees have no right to privacy on government-owned phones.
Keep in mind there is no valid crime charged. The charges are a Democrat hack’s fantasy crimes.

Now I won’t argue that Trump is that stupid because he’s not. Most likely it was his personal device and the information was obtained illegally not that any court will care but it’s still a possibility
In the filing it seems someone got ahold of Trump’s phone and had data extracted from it if I’m reading it correctly.
