A Nevada grand jury on Wednesday indicted six Republicans who submitted certificates to Congress falsely declaring Donald Trump the winner of the 2020 presidential election in their state, making Nevada the third to seek charges against so-called “fake electors.”
“We cannot allow attacks on democracy to go unchallenged,” Nevada’s Democratic Attorney General Aaron Ford said in a statement Wednesday. “Today’s indictments are the product of a long and thorough investigation, and as we pursue this prosecution, I am confident that our judicial system will see justice done.”
The fake electors — involved in the state GOP or Clark County GOP — have been charged with offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged instrument. Those two categories of felonies have penalties that range from one year up to either four or five years in prison.

There will be no “consequences”. If the GOP ever wins back power, they will argue this is no time for “retribution” and it is time to “move on” so the nation can ‘heal’.

And yet Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Ms. Moss, were cleared by an so called “investigation” by the Georgia Elections Board which cleared Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss of “wrong doing” even though they were caught redhanded on camera. Freeman was seen pulling boxes of ballots from under the table in Fulton County on Election Night, and also caught scanning and rescanning large stacks of ballots into a computer with no poll workers there observing to insure the authenticity of voters! Why didn’t Freeman and her daughter Moss go on trial for fraud and election tampering? What fine or imprisonment did Freeman and Moss get? The Georgia Elections Board and all those in the FBI who had anything to do with these two should be investigated to see if they are guilty of fraud cover-up. If there were true justice...the people who are actually committing the crimes would be in jail and those upholding the law would be the judges.

When it comes to the rubber hitting the road, it’ll be interesting to see what happens when the Republican Party of Nevada, the people, not the bureaucrats, get wind that the juries are filled with nothing but Leftist Democrats.
Yep. In a free country challenging things you have reason to believe are wring or corrupt is what is supposed to happen.
IMHO, this shows that they are scared and know people don’t believe the election was 100% legit. You don’t do this if, supposedly, only a handful of people believe the election was rigged. You do it if you know it is known it was much more wide spread.

Governor Lombardo’s Better Nevada PAC has been relentless in targeting legislative Democrats in Carson City with claims that they oversee a “culture of corruption” as ethical concerns and conflicts of interests have been raised in relation to funneling taxpayer money to nonprofits where Democratic lawmakers are employed or affiliated.
Now, Democratic Attorney General Aaron Ford is under scrutiny in light of a recent report that exposes his former law firm received at least $65 million in attorney fees from Ford’s $285 million settlement with Walgreens.
At the time of the settlement, Ford acknowledged and thanked his former law firm Eglet Adams for their work in securing the settlement. . .

Bribery Scheme Lawyer Raises Cash For Harry Reid’s Handpicked Candidate
Catherine Cortez Masto is holding a campaign fundraiser today with Robert Eglet – a Las Vegas lawyer with a history of shady behavior and possible criminal activity.
In 2014, Eglet was at the center of an alleged bribery scheme when he was named as the financier for an effort to keep judicial candidates off the ballot. According to a sworn affidavit, the man hosting Cortez Masto’s fundraiser agreed to offer money to at least one potential candidate in order to convince him to withdraw from a judicial race and instead run against a judge who was not represented by his associate:

THIS is how they get people to plead guilty. “take this deal or go to the pen or the poor house for YEARS.”
Are juries stupid.. or us something else going on.
FWIW, I haven’t gotten a jury, gj or any other kind, summons in years.
Neither has hubby.
Maybe certain people are being purged from jury selection.
