A federal jury reached an impasse on Thursday in a civil rights case against a police officer involved in Breonna Taylor’s shooting death in 2020, forcing a mistrial.
After nearly a week of deliberation, the jury could not agree on whether to convict former officer Brett Hankison of using excessive force that violated the rights of Taylor, her boyfriend and their neighbors.

Lie down with dogs, wake up with fleas.
Or wake up dead.
Taylor was a victim of her own choices.
Randy Weaver’s wife says hey.
That is the important part right there. A false warrant lead to the killing. The officer responsible for the false warrant “cops” a plea and agrees to testify against others. The Feds should not let this officer off, he caused the death with his actions of creating a false warrant, everything after that is due to the false warrant.
This article is full of lies.
They had a no knock warrant, but knocked and announced themselves.
Taylor’s drug dealing boyfriend admitted that the heard the cops and they were both standing in the hall when he shot through the closed door, thinking it was Jamarcus Glover, who he owed money to.
He was standing behind Taylor, using her as a human shield.
Way to go “the Hill”./sarc
Another double jeopardy put-up by the feds to ‘get’ the police when the state criminal case failed. The state criminal case failed to get the officer they really wanted to hang out to dry.
If you think Ruby Ridge was a lawful use of force, you are sadly misinformed.
Nor was Mount Carmel [WACO]. Or the murder of Ashley Babbitt.
I breathlessly await the communists telling me what I “need to know” about a story.
“Nor was Mount Carmel [WACO]. Or the murder of Ashley Babbitt.”
I couldn’t agree more.
I thought she was found in the hallway with her boyfriend. I thought she was shot because her boyfriend hid behind her after shooting at the cops.

Merrick Garland was a victim of his own over-reaching. If he had not charged the officer with murder, he might have won on a lesser charge. Now the other officers are left with charges hanging over them until we get rid of Merrick Garland.
AMEN
COPS DO NOT LIKE “STASH HOUSES”.
I wonder what the 44,000 hours of J6 Video can tell us a about the murder of Babbitt???
That might be in the hidden footage.
Back in 2020, Brandon Tatum (”Officer Tatum”) put out a report detailing Breonna Taylor’s involvement in her ex’s “business dealings.”
So, now I’m watching an “Officer Tatum” video from 2022 on the charges against these officers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INsr2uO0WuY
He’s saying the warrant was justifiable because police had a mountain of evidence against Taylor. So, those “falsifications” (as the prosecution might argue) or “errors” (as the defense might argue) were not even necessary for a warrant.
Di you think a no knock warrants violates the Constitution?
I’m not a Constitutional surgeon, so I won’t offer an opinion.
If they are, I think they should only be used rarely and in extreme situations.
There are many cases where there was no need for one and citizens and cops ended up dead.
They had wire taps on her phone and that of other people in the drug ring. On my computer I have the transcripts that were published by someone right around the time of the shooting. The chick was screwing different men at the same time. All the men were selling and trafficking drugs, she had a job, which was to house the dealers, and present a front. She had no job, and drove brand new Dodge muscle cars. She was nipple deep in a mob, and caught a bullet. FAFO.
Wanna talk about Waco now?
