Tech billionaire Peter Thiel, who previously supported former President Trump, said the Trump administration was “crazier” and “more dangerous” than he expected, in a recent interview.
Thiel, the billionaire venture capitalist who co-founded PayPal, has been a vocal supporter and financial advocate for Trump. In an interview with The Atlantic published Thursday, Thiel said he is not giving money to the former president — or any other candidate — in the 2024 presidential campaign.

I tried to read what his problem was and the only thing he could say is Trump couldn’t get the most basic part of government to work. Lets see now, Trump was able to give tax cuts to most working folks, no wars, border wall was repaired better and extended, three new conservative justices installed on supreme court, illegal immigration finally was under control, it would seem this guy has money and that is about his only contribution he can make because discerning facts is not his strong point
” hunting anyone down and controlling information (Palantir)”
What does that even mean? Palantir is a cutting edge, perhaps the LEADING cutting edge company in counter-intelligence data mining. It received over a billion dollars worth of defense contracts from the Trump defense department lone, as well as tens of millions from ICE.
+1 000 000 !
He’s been shown the instruments of torture!
He ACTUALLY DID those “things!”
And that is why “they” hate him!
Thiel had a minority stake in Paypal (3.7%) when Paypal was sold to Ebay, in 2002, and Theil got some millions for his shares. Since then he has not been part of Paypal.
Yeah, Trump didn’t start an years, and the world was more peaceful as a result. Go hump your old man Peter.
Those were bad times my friend. I distinctly remember one specific day. I got up and went to a well stocked grocery store with none of my favorite items or brands missing.
They I stopped for fuel and paid 1.79 a gallon. I checked the news, but to my disappointment, no new wars had begun. I checked my investments and all was well. Once in southern Arizona, I actually saw that border wall being built.
And I can’t put my finger on it, but there was a general feeling of national pride among the normies. Disturbing...
And then to cap it off, when I got home I saw a president who had the first female campaign manager in a presidential campaign, a gay ambassador to Germany hug the US flag! The nerve! And then he concluded peace between the Saudis and Israelis.
Those were bad times my friends. /s
feh...
Wanting to secure the border, asking Europe to pay more for NATO, not getting us into any more wars and trying to bring manufacturing back to this country are all totally insane ideas. /s
> ‘crazier’ and ‘more dangerous’ than he expected
That’s exactly why Trump was needed then and why he’s needed now.
PayPal I used a couple of times long ago.
At one point they demanded attaching your bank account to their account, and that was the end of ever considering using them again in any way, shape or form.
I used to hunt bad people with it. They didn’t want to be found. Now imagine hunting for others that have much less resources to hide. Like the opposition.
How about blackmail? Arrests for anything you said in the past and clumsily posted it on the internet? You are only limited to the data stream that gets added (hello NSA).
well.. I said “tried” because of the border fence, which Trump genuinely tried to build completely, but was thwarted from completing because of obstruction by the left, the courts, environmental groups, and backstabbers on the right.
Crazier and more dangerous
To Libtardism and the New World Order
You summed it up well Tex.
What’s Palantir?
Thiel has been distancing himself from Trump for a while now. It’s been said that after he refused to give to Trump’s 2024 campaign, he heard that Trump called him a “f-ing scumbag.” That could just be a rumor or disinformation, but it could have something to do with why he’s going public now.
That is good to know!
Thanks!
