That’s BS. Trump endorsed Cameron in the primary and later in the general. If Cameron was a loser he’s DJT’s loser.
These are the people who elected and re-elected her. https://www.gop.com/about-our-party/rnc-members/
I think Trump endorsed once he knew they were going to re-elect her anyway. He does that a lot.
And Trump's enthusiastic endorsement
I mean no disrespect to DeSantis, but it's much easier to be a "proven leader" as governor when your party controls both legislative branches. Youngkin did not have that luxury.
I’m sorry, Kevin, I look at Youngkin as a little...soft.
I hate to say it, and I think he is a good guy, but he needs to be stronger.
Ditto's
So, you would rather that Terry McAuliffe won?
Or maybe you don’t think that Youngkin has done anything to push for conservative changes in the State of VA?
If there was one, we would, there isn't. This forum has become infested with deep staters, where has the Lightening Kitty gone?
Terry must win so he can run for President as a governor
It is predestined........ he was promised the Presidency
The governor of VA only gets 1 term. He can’t run again.
Thank you for your input as a Virginian
As long as Trump remains a Republican, he’ll be obliged to do business with fat, incompetent people like Romney’s niece. But I always look at the bright side. At least your Party is collapsing before my eyes, and for that I’m forever grateful! Now run away and get ready for your next electoral disaster. Think Titanic!
It is not a state issue it is a test of the soul which we have failed miserably. The Supremes failed miserably when they refused to define humans as humans and left that issue to be determined by reprobate minds.
That is never going to happen. So focus on winning hearts and minds in order to keep abortion rare.
In general, Trump only endorses people when he thinks they'll win. Go back and notice how many times he's offered a prominent endorsement to a candidate only after a poll shows the candidate far ahead in the race.
He'll offer tepid endorsements -- usually very late in the race -- for GOP candidates just to do his duty as a prominent national Republican figure. That "endorsement" you posted was only made a few days before the election -- not weeks ago when polls showed Beshear up by 15-20 points.
His endorsement meant nothing to Cameron winning the primary, just as it meant nothing when Cameron lost in the general election.
This is why Trump even endorses RINO losers like Mitt Romney and Lindsey Graham when they are popular in their own states.
Ever attend one of the Lyndon recruitment meetings, presented by one of his supporters?
After Graham won the primary, do you think Trump should endorse the dem?
I thought his old “mean tweets” were kind of funny, and I don’t criticize someone’s looks, so I think you are confusing me with someone else.
That being said, I won’t vote for a man who:
Turned over the country, the economy, physical and mental health to Fauci.
Cannot articulate a vision for the future without misreading a teleprompter, whining about being picked on, or lying about his opponents.
Put us trillions more in debt, which started even before covid.
Will work with anyone who kisses his ring, including people like Pelosi.
Enjoys wandering through women’s dressing rooms and thinks it’s ok for men to use women’s private facilities.
He is almost 80. He will not suddenly become an inspirational leader citizens will follow. He has never won a majority, and most likely never will. The leaders in conservative media and politics only support him because he’s their meal ticket.
