New polling confirms that President Joe Biden is losing young voters at an accelerating rate and, as a result, Republican frontrunner Donald Trump holds an edge in five battleground states.

The polls, conducted by the New York Times and Siena College, found that the tide has turned in five states that voted for Biden in the 2020 election, as Trump now leads by 10 points in Nevada, six in Georgia, five in Arizona, five in Michigan and four in Pennsylvania. Biden maintains a two-point lead in Wisconsin.

Biden is still within cheat range. If that changes or if he gets worse you are right he’s gone

Furthermore, I do believe that if somehow Trump manages to win the election, the Democrats will pull out every stop they can to keep him from being inaugurated.

True to their nature, they'll do everything they accused Trump of doing in January '21.

There will be court cases in every state Trump wins. There will be riots in Washington DC. There will be efforts to sway electors. Kamala Harris will get involved.

Of course, it'll all be about "Saving Democracy."

> What if he [Biden] won’t go? <

That’s a very interesting question.

I’m just guessing here. They could threaten him (and Jill) with the humiliating application of the 25th Amendment. Or they could quietly give poor old Joe the King George V treatment.

Back in 1936, George V was taking too long to die. There is strong evidence that his doctor decided to help him along.

We'll see on Tuesday how Virginia plays out.

Even if the Republicans do well in Virginia, I wouldn't read too much into it. Joe Biden is looking like Jimmy Carter right now so naturally the Republicans will have the advantage.

I said the same thing last November.

Oh yes, if by some miracle Trump wins the next day get as much ammo as you can. It will be hand to hand combat before it’s over

On January 20, 2025, he will be a lame duck immediately.

But I think this is an unlikely outcome. Joe Biden remains the overwhelming favorite to win reelection despite a lot of negatives that may deter his effort in getting the second term.

Trump has always led in the swing states. It’s only the far-left states where Biden has ever led: California, New York, Oregon, Massholes, Connecticut, etc.

That's why I'm not expecting some scorched earth vengeance campaign in the unlikely event he's allowed to return to the White House.

I expect Trump's strongest supporters will be profoundly disappointed. Truth is, he doesn't really like these people much as it is, viewing his Walmart-shopping MAGA base as mostly uncouth rubes.

Here's what I predict he's going to do. No longer worried about getting re-elected, but still very worried about the business empire he'd like to pass down to his children at some point, he'll work quiet backroom deals with the Democrats, giving them legislation that they'd like in return for throttling back on the lawfare they've engaged against him.

People here will scream bloody murder when Trump signs an assault weapons ban. I will have seen it coming.

He's willing to do it because he'll make a deal. On the other hand, the Democrats hate Trump so much, I see it likely that nothing will get done. In a way, that's not a bad thing.

They'll have Trump over a barrel this time. And I can think of few things the left would enjoy more than forcing to Trump to betray his MAGA base, people they loath just as much as they do Trump.

Imagine the "MAGA tears" memes on Twitter as Trump puts his pen to a gun ban.

You’re generally a reasonable guy. This statement is way out of line. It’s not the Truth, it’s a Lie. You must have been thinking of the GOPe candidates

As your writings show...

the nevertrumpers/desantis supporters, though some claim they would vote for Trump, if he is the nominee...

Continue to attack Trump, and disparage him even if he becomes president...

And show that they are actually seeking the downfall of this country, if Trump becomes president

Do you think Trump has ever stepped foot inside a Walmart?

Trump likes celebrities, Eastern European models, and black rappers. He always has.

But he understands that the Great Unwashed in Flyover Country are his meal ticket.

“Do you think Trump has ever stepped foot inside a Walmart?”

Trump has always been and remains a man who genuinely communicates with real people. He is not a beloved of the elite ruling class, like the other GOP candidates.

Peter Strzok, anyone?

About ten years ago I was in Miami. A hooker propositioned me. The first words out of her mouth were, “I’m Brazilian.”

I thought that was a curious thing to say. Why should I even care?

But she obviously thought it was important.

Trump has always led in the swing states“

That is not how l remember it in 20. I think Traitor Joe had a slight lead and then the rats went on to steal it.

The way I remember it: When I went to bed about midnight on election day 2020, Trump was leading all of the states that he won in 2016 by over 100,000 votes in each state, (but maybe not Arizona). Then, viola, in the morning Biden was leading most of them.

For some reason I flipped over to CNN and watched THEIR guy talking about Pennsylvania. He said Trump had a lead of 500,000 votes with 800,000 left to count and THE CNN GUY said it was virtually impossible for Biden to catch up. But supposedly he did.
