Nearly a quarter of Americans believe someone they know died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects, and even more say they might be willing to become plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit against vaccine makers.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 24% of American Adults say they know someone personally who died from side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine. Sixty-nine percent (69%) don’t know anyone who died from being vaccinated against the virus. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Forty-two percent (42%) say that, if there was a major class-action lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies for vaccine side effects, they would be likely to join the lawsuit, including 24% who say it’s Very Likely they’d join such a lawsuit. Forty-seven percent (47%) aren’t likely to join a class-action lawsuit against vaccine makers, including 25% who say it’s Not At All Likely. Another 11% are not sure.
I heard recently from one of the Frontline doctors interviewed on OANN (dr.m????) I don’t recall his name. but due to the finding of an undisclosed ingredient with the mRNA clot shot, the informed consent immunity clause was violated. So what he was suggesting is that this may indeed open the door for class action suits.
I have met a lot of clients in the last two years who had blood clots after getting the jabs.
All for one reason: the politicians, bureaucrats, hospitals, insurance companies, etc were all being paid kick backs to promote the 'vaccines'. The sad truth is that (as the Chinese know too well) Americans are corruptible!
The ingredient was the DNA snippet from the SV-40 oncvirus gene. The SV-40 cancer gene, named from the Simian Virus #40, is a clear oncogenic virus that piggybacked with the old Salk polio vaccine. It wasn’t publicized until around the 1980’s but had been noted as an Onc Virus early on. It has been suspected to have caused cancer in many that received the old polio vaccine injections. We studied it in molecular virology prior to the discovery of PCR technology. 1000 USAF troops received an adenovirus vaccine contaminated with an onc virus in Dec 73’ and Jan 74’ as the vaccine rollout was prior to the ending of lab animal injections. The lab animals started to develop multiple cancers so the military stopped the trial at 1000. This was just a couple of incidents that should have been a harbinger for any new injection/vaccine roll outs. I watched in horror as many of the safety protocols were ignored from early 2020 until 2022.
Thank you for that clarification. I was on Rumble looking for that recent interview but did not see it posted. However I did find this
Dr Robert Malone - Lies My Government Told Me: And the Better Future Coming
(granted, it is an 8 hour video.
Even the CDC posted a chart, which was quickly deleted, showing that only 6% of deaths counted as “covid” were covid.
The CDC and the NIH need to be disbanded, everyone fired, some arrested, and the buildings razed.
I know three personally
Ah, the power of repeating a lie over and over until people believe it’s true.
The number of people that have really died from vaccine? If there are any, I have yet to find it reported anywhere in the medical literature. I’ve heard claims of 20-30 vaccine related deaths, but have been unable to verify.
The number of people who believe they know someone who died from the vaccine? 24%? Do 24% of people even know someone who has died in the last three years? Even with the added deaths from Covid, less than 1% of the population dies any given year.
Of course, another possibility is that people lied to the pollsters.
Wonder how many millions died from the jab?
I've been *PINGING* you to other threads but you never showed up.
The power of CALCULUS™! compels you!
When are you writing to Dr. Malone who you said you were on a first-name basis with when he mentored you in grad school, to see if he's really changed his mind and started pushing the clot shots again?
And when are you going to send us your cool nifty week-by-week Excel spreadsheet of COVID cases?
Oh, by the way.
Here's a nice article on Moderna management which was written in 2016 or so.
Ego, ambition, and turmoil: Inside one of biotech’s most secretive startups
Note that? Long before COVID 1984.
Here's the kicker:
Moderna’s technology promised to subvert the whole field, creating therapeutic proteins inside the body instead of in manufacturing plants. The key: harnessing messenger RNA, or mRNA.
In nature, mRNA molecules function like recipe books, directing cellular machinery to make specific proteins. Moderna believes it can play that system to its advantage by using synthetic mRNA to compel cells to produce whichever proteins it chooses. In effect, the mRNA would turn cells into tiny drug factories.
So they couldn't get stuff past the FDA because the FDA considered it a gene therapy.
And then --how conVEEEENIENT -- COVID-1984 hit, with an EUA.
What a PERFECT CHANCE to play SAVIOR of the world, and demonstrate the GLORY of mRNA therapy and roll in enough dough to be richer than God.
Too bad they Effed it up and are likely going to get strung up from lamp posts.
Because their CEO didn't have a PhD. Only a Master's in Chem Engineering.
And he'd never brought a drug to market.
One even wonders if he had calculus.
But it all turned out OK, because he has an MBA from Harvard.
So this is some kook fringe site, right?
Nope. Something called "Stat". Looks like an offshoot of the Boston Globe or something.
Dingbat.
My 34 year old nephew died “passed away unexpectedly”.
Two people in my 36 unit apt building died in May 2022 within 2 weeks of each other where no one I know of ever did in the many years I have been here.
I see a maintenance man here who now walks sideways back and forth back and forth sorta crab walking. A caretaker for someone here same thing.
“And that 24% only includes those who are SURE the shots killed someone, and those who are not just kool-aid drinkers for Fauci and all the leftist covid fear mongers. So the true number is likely twice that.”
I concur and add actions speak louder than words. Very few have rolled up a sleeve for the latest shot. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/health/vaccine-data-shows-rates-for-latest-covid-19-booster-is-abysmal-only-7-percent-of-u-s-adults-with-shot
Tells me a lot of sheep are starting to get a clue, whether or not they are willing to admit it.
Now add in all of us who know SEVERAL people “suddenly” diagnosed with cancer within a year of taking the vaxx.
I also know four people who have stage 4 cancers “suddenly.”
Some context..
In ‘77 the Swine Flu vaxx was pulled after causing fewer than three dozen reported deaths and around 500 reported injuries.
Why is human life worth so much less now...
A 2016 article about Moderna management, and how they were driving even then to start using mRNA shots to replace all kinds of drugs. A bad idea they wanted to demonstrate come hell or high water
I have a life outside of FR. Sorry if it hurts your ego when I don't respond to a ping, but I really have other things to do. And I need to limit time I spend on the computer since decades of using computers for work gave me carpal tunnel.
And when are you going to send us your cool nifty week-by-week Excel spreadsheet of COVID cases?
Really? Upload an Excel spreadsheet? A) I don't think I can upload a spreadsheet, as all I have ever been able to do on FR is post links to other websites. B) Hackers love to embed malicious code in spreadsheets, so even if I could swear on my grandmother's bible that my spreadsheet contains no viruses, I wouldn't expect you or anyone else to believe it.
All of the data in my spreadsheet was recorded from daily case and death counts posted at https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/. You can't search case counts by day, but you can look at graphs of case counts and deaths going back to Mar 8, 2020 up through today. I make the same graphs from the data in my spreadsheet.
Here's a nice article on Moderna management which was written in 2016 or so.
I will not repost the link. That article looks like a business analysis of Moderna, and (maybe you noticed) I claim no particular expertise in the business side of industry. It does not say anything about the scientific side of the Moderna enterprise.
The article mentions secrecy and derivative words seven times. So I will address that, since it is very much related to scientific work.
Quote from the article: "The company has published no data supporting its vaunted technology, and it’s so secretive that some job candidates have to sign nondisclosure agreements before they come in to interview."
Maybe you've heard of industrial espionage, in which people get hired at a company by using fraudulent resumes. They do this in order to collect information regarding manufacturing processes and techniques, etc. They take this information and, frequently, samples of the technology, back to their real employer, which then copies the technology and produces and sells products as if it owned the technology. China is notorious for sending its people to the US to send back trade secrets, but it is not the only offender. This happens at all levels of the R&D process, from basic research to product production and sales.
I've signed my fair share of non-disclosure agreements.
Companies are legally allowed to not publish their methods etc. in the scientific/medical literature. They can call the information "proprietary" and are not required to divulge it to anyone other than the FDA. (This does make the information publicly available, but most people do not know how to find it.) You know how when you buy something at a store and read the ingredients list, it never says how much of each ingredient is included? This is to protect the manufacturer's intellectual property. The Claxton bakery with its 113 year history of selling holiday fruitcakes does not want you to look at the label and open your own bakery making identical fruitcakes.
So, I do not see any issues with a company's efforts to keep their trade secrets secret.
When are you writing to Dr. Malone who you said you were on a first-name basis with when he mentored you in grad school...
University custom:
Undergraduate students call their professor by their title and last name. Most professors hold a doctorate, so the students call them by "Dr. ____."
Graduate students call the professors who oversee their graduate studies and research (i.e. their mentors) by first name. Since Bob was my mentor, he introduced himself as "Bob" the very first day I worked in his lab. This is how we were on a first name basis, not because we are friends or anything (I never did take him up on his invitation to come visit his farm).
Within the scientific profession, there are also customs for when to call people by their first name or by their title and last name. There are a lot of rules about it. I usually called people by their first name due to my position, but they almost always addressed me formally.
So they couldn't get stuff past the FDA because the FDA considered it a gene therapy.
Still no. A single sentence written by an accountant or a lawyer at Moderna about how the FDA considers mRNA is NOT an FDA regulation. The people who write those SEC filings are not scientists. They can easily make mistakes in their interpretation of highly technical FDA regulations. And if no one catches it when reviewing the document (because it's a very long document and not all of the reviewers will read it carefully), then the mistake stands.
A gene therapy is a DNA product that either causes a gene to be permanently inserted into a chromosome (i.e. it alters the DNA) or inserts into the nucleus a non-chromosomal DNA that has control elements meant to cause the cell to make copies of that DNA when it is getting ready to divide.
The purpose of gene therapy is to treat a patient who has a genetic defect. A genetic defect is one that causes the patient to make abnormal proteins or fail to make needed proteins. Genetic defects result in disease, such as muscular dystrophy, cystic fibrosis, and sickle cell anemia. The gene therapy treats the disease by giving patients non-defective DNA containing normal genes to direct production of the normal proteins.
mRNA is not DNA. DNA is chemically quite different than RNA. mRNA is not a virus. mRNA is a copy of a DNA gene. mRNA does not insert into DNA. mRNA cannot cause alterations in DNA. The "m" in mRNA is short for "messenger" RNA because, like a messenger, it functions to carry the instructions encoded in the DNA to the ribosome which follows those instructions to make a protein. It is not a gene therapy.
mRNA vaccines tell cells to make a virus antigen for a brief period of time, which initiates the process of adaptive immunity leading to antibody production. All cells (unless they are red blood cells that do not have a nucleus) make mRNA. Regardless of whether mRNA is made inside the cell or it comes from a source outside of the cell, it has a half-life of a few hours and is all gone within days.
Viruses, on the other hand often can and do change cellular DNA. DNA viruses and retroviruses that contain enzymes to make DNA using their RNA genome as a template both can and do alter DNA. So, your fear of genetic manipulation from a vaccine is completely misplaced. You should be, instead, concerned by the way virus infections can alter your DNA and how some virus infections are permanent. You should be taking steps to prevent virus infections, i.e., by getting vaccinated if a vaccine exists. The fact that many viruses alter DNA is precisely why modified viruses are used as gene therapies.
Personally, I'm concerned enough about the effects of viral infections that I'm getting the new Covid vaccine (against the XBB.1.5 strain), influenza, and RSV vaccines next week.
The FDA considers both gene therapies and mRNAs as biologic products. But, within the overall category of biologics, they are regulated separately. I posted links previously.
(Back to Moderna) Because their CEO didn't have a PhD. Only a Master's in Chem Engineering.
There is no endeavor in the scientific profession in which one person can do it all. A chemical engineer designs and scales up the equipment used to manufacture pharmaceuticals. The molecular biologist designs the (DNA) plasmid, sequences it, and does functional testing on it. The microbiologist creates strains of E. coli bacteria used to make the plasmid. The chemist develops the process to remove and clean the plasmid from the bacteria. Etc.
It does not really matter that the CEO does not have a PhD in molecular biology or other relevant life science. What matters for a CEO is knowing who the experts are and putting them in the right positions. I note that the article describes Bancel as a toxic leader (which is never good), but that is all I will say on that. My interest is in educating people on the science, not in discussing leadership styles, business operations, and so forth.
