An 'Application' to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was accepted as a Writ of Mandamus through the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
This Writ of Mandamus (Application) is something Justice Thomas can rule on independently, or he can forward it to the whole of the Supreme Court.
The applicant is asking that Florida's 2022 General Election (with a 2020 option) be set aside and held anew. There is also room for the 2020 election cycle to be set aside as well, since the evidence shows the same uncertified and uncertifiable equipment was used in both election cycles.
The same evidence proves that the whole of the elections throughout the country were vulnerable to the same fraud, which allows Justice Thomas, or the whole of the Supreme Court, to set aside the results of the entire country for both the 2020 and the 2022 election cycles
The 11th Circuit also covers Georgia.
You can see the writ on the links below:

If Thomas ruled that Biden is illegitimate I would expect Schumer to start mumbling about “6 ways from Sunday.” It’s illegal to investigate 2020 according to Dems.
He was never sworn in to the 2nd term, so is not now the President, but if the case overthrew 2020, he possibly could be sworn in to finish “Biden’s term” and probably still be eligible to run, the Constitutional Amendment allows for “up to” 10 years, for example if a President died in office with 24 months left in his term, the VP accedes to Prez for the remainder of the term and can still run and serve for 2 full terms thereafter.
Of course, this is a very very very long shot.
Geez, I missed the part where Trump has been president for the last few years.
Don't be silly.
If the machines were uncertified and/or uncertifiable, you can't of course prove that Trump won. In a case like that, you would need a new election.
Kind of a sarcastic post but we did have a judge in Hawaii limit Trump’s ability to limit immigration. Might as well toss an election or two.
I hope Thomas makes them eat the whole shiite salad.
Trump won Florida, this Writ is from a Christine Scott who lost her bid to be elected to the House.
Trump has nothing to do with this case...
I don’t think it matters, even if the case implicates them red-handed. The electors have voted, and the electors elect the president. This is pretty much undoable at this point. It wasn’t always so, but we had too many cowards in charge.
Has nothing to do with counting votes. The case has to do with getting on the ballot.

Machines are meaningless. Thomas has already said in Bush V. Gore there isn’t a right to vote. The entire process of electing a president is via the electoral college, everything else doesn’t matter, nor the individual has such a right to vote anyway.
That should do it.
It seems this is a down-ballot case.
I wonder if the plaintiff is alleging that whatever shenanigans might have taken place to affect the top of the ballot affected the results of down-ballot races, too.

I’m guessing she was a Democrat that lost. That’s the only reason I can see the courts taking on this case since FL is a red state.
Yeah, but do they allow Hairy Christians to solicite?
I know some stores banned the Salvation Army from ringing their bells at the entrance to their businesses
My guess?
Whatever facts that might emerge from the down-ballot race in this case that result in a ruling would apply to Georgia, too, because it is in the same circuit.
This might be a flanking move to get some leverage inside of Georgia in 2024.

? 🤔
Oh, good grief.
Filed does not mean accepted.
Come on, people. This is just embarrassing.
