If the machines were uncertified and/or uncertifiable, you can't of course prove that Trump won. In a case like that, you would need a new election.
Machines are meaningless. Thomas has already said in Bush V. Gore there isn’t a right to vote. The entire process of electing a president is via the electoral college, everything else doesn’t matter, nor the individual has such a right to vote anyway.
