I’m 61. I was recently running laps at the local high school track when about 30 members of the local Army National Guard showed up for a timed 2-mile run. I was running only 9 minutes per mile, but I stayed ahead of most of this out-of-shape bunch. There were five guys who kept ahead of me, but the rest were in pitiful condition.
