McCarthy has failed as a leader on several levels. He deserves to be held accountable.
This would be a truly remarkable event in DC (where no one is ever held accountable).

All you need, or at least Dems need is 1 for a majority. Rs have 5. The majority is gone next cycle anyway. This is the opportunity to show a difference to america between the parties. Let it play out. Remember this year was a dem budget passed in lame duck after the dems lost majority. McCarthy could not get Mcconnell to stop the budget for 2023 until the R took control Jan 2 2023. Each congress only gets 2 budgets and the titless Rs in the senate allowed the lame duck dems in the house write anothe budget. MCcarthy worked so hard fo become speaker and let mcconnell pull his pants down on the playground befor he even got the gavel.
People crapping on Gaetz are idiots, he’s the one Republican who is walking the talk that they’ve told Americans we would go down, and holding our own accountable when they broke those promises.
In the next election, Republicans would sound like lying democrats if he did not hold accountable the leader who failed to do WHAT HE PROMISED HE WOULD DO.
The International Safeway in DC used to have hippopotamus steaks and all kinds of exotic foodstuffs. Don’t remember seeing rhino meat, though. Of course, I wasn’t looking for it.
