Former first lady Melania Trump has reportedly renegotiated her prenuptial agreement with Donald Trump ahead of his potential second term.
The updated terms reportedly involve finances and property, and seek to increase a trust fund set up for the couple’s only son, 17-year-old Barron, Page Six reported.
It is believed to be at least the third time the couple has renegotiated the agreement, which was initially drawn up around the time they married nearly two decades ago in 2005.
Moreover, sources familiar with their matter spilled the alleged amendment seeks to create 'a substantial trust' for their teenage son, as Trump, 77, is set to pay some $5million to author E. Jean Carroll after losing a New York defamation battle.
Currently facing four felony indictments, the ex-head of state - who is reportedly worth $2.5billion - could also be on the hook for another $250million in The Big Apple, in connection with an ongoing civil case against him and his businesses.

Guys, I was stating the obvious because everything about this article is suspect. As to living in Florida, New York law will still be key to the issues.
I would expect that trusts for Baron are being modified as time goes by. This is normal, even in the case of people not extremely wealthy or in the public eye.

I think this gorgeous gal who had lived among the rich and beautiful for all her adult life in Milan, Paris, Manhattan, and other glamorous places, chose her man.
The people who knew said she was a serious and sober woman who didn’t join in the party life.
You have her being pulled from the wilds of Eastern Europe from a catalog of women looking for escape, your wanting to create that scenario in your head reveals something from inside you, it isn’t based on anything real.
A prenuptial agreement can be changed, as long as both spouses sign off on the modification. If something changes, such as marital property or number of children, the prenup can be updated if both spouses agree.
Indications are quite clear that something is going on between the two, because she has been conspicuously absent from any public appearances for what, at least a year now?
So if she is negotiating their prenup, one must assume that it would be in her favor, and not Trumps, wouldn’t it? Why else would she renegotiate, if she was only giving him leverage, when he needs her by his side more than ever.
So if she is upping her “cash out” payoff, to me it indicates that a deal has been struck, that if she will start showing up by his side, soon, for when the likely divorce happens later, she will be well rewarded for her apparent servitude, now.
Or, the cost of the divorce will from here on will be so high, that it will serve as a form of blackmail, for lack of a better word, to keep Trump under her thumb, for whatever purposes she decides.
But make no mistake, this is an obvious capitulation from Trump, to whatever she has planned for them going ahead. You don’t just re-do prenups in a loving, wholesome marriage.

I agree with others here who say this is not surprising. Melania is just making sure that Barron’s assets are walled off from the leftist jackals, including the corrupt judges. Makes perfect sense to me.

President Trump is right by not putting all the eggs in one basket considering all the bimbos and affirmative action losers going after him.
Melania was by her husband's side when he announced his run for 2024. It's obvious that she supports him. She's even said as much. Melania is not an attention whore. I can understand her protecting her privacy after the horseshit her family has been exposed to these past 7+ years. Why should she put herself front and center for the media, when it's obvious they hate her husband, and spread rumors and gossip about her and her family, so why should she give the media what they want, and perform for the cameras?
The one time she trusted someone she felt she could open up to about the attacks on her husband, turned around and recorded their phone conversations, then sold the recordings, and wrote a book. That was when they were in The White House. Why the hell would she trust anyone ever again?
Also, a female teacher from Chicago was stalking Barron at his high school. The school called the police on her on March 7th this year. She was eventually arrested in August for threatening that she was going to shoot Trump and Barron in the face, the first chance she got. I can believe that Melania is worried about the safety of her family because of all the nutcases out there, and perhaps the Secret Service has also advised her to keep her public appearances to a minimum.
