Judge revokes Trump’s NY business licenses, finds he committed fraud by inflating wealth
New York Post ^

The judge revoked the New York “business certificates” belonging to the Trump Organization and any other New York-based business run by Trump or his family – while ordering that an independent third party will be tasked with “managing the dissolution of the cancelled LLCs.”

Democrat persecution of Trump have made a mockery of the justice system. There are no injured parties in this case. How is it that the NY has standing? Mind boggling. It’s been said many times, if they can bankrupt Trump, no one is safe. Chilling.

No, Trump is probably guilty of inflating his net worth.

He had an ongoing argument with Forbes that was much publicized and lasted for years.

The question to be decided is, was his inflation of wealth used to commit fraud to a bank or other business dealing.

Inflating wealth to Forbes is free speech. Inflating wealth to a bank is fraud

According to you and Obama judge. Weird sentence conflating your concept of “inflating” and “guilty.” There are plenty of hideous judges. Did the bank lose money on the loan?

Since you're citing Forbes, don't omit that in August 2022 Forbes estimated the value of Mar-a-Lago at $350 million.

Forbes: "Today, the crown jewel of Palm Beach is worth an estimated $350 million."

Leticia seems to want to force the market values of Trump’s properties down by waging lawfare. Deranged NY voters approve enthusiastically. If the nation splits in two, I don’t want the be in the half that has NY, Cal, and DC.

Done without a trial, a judge can do this to anyone. Unreal.

Lawsuit is time barred yet allowed to procede.

Yes he should have. How he couldn’t see they weren’t going to destroy him in NY is beyond me.

First time I saw that picture of obama/soetoro/what ever his real name is, many years ago, I immediately thought of Mussolini. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one.

Somebody has probably already done this math on one of these threads but I just used the numbers from this decision and the State is claiming that Mar-a-Lago should have been valued at no more than $450/sft. They used a valuation of 40 Wall St that comes out to less than $200/sft. I can’t but a PARKING SPACE in Manhattan for $200/sft! This case is just absurd and the fact that a judge let it stand only makes it worse. How can we possibly have a justice system that allows stuff like this to happen?

Bing characters probably were impressed when O called a Navy Corpsman "corpseman!" He actually kept mispronouncing the word over and over in a public ceremony. Google characters are similarly ignorant.

My son was in the Marines. I guess they would call it "marine corpse."

Can a judge actually do all that? Seems rather arbitrary.

Just wrote this on another thread, but “antidote” is apt:

“See my tagline. Obama warned the newly elected President in their Oval Office meeting not to hire Lt. Gen. Flynn. Trump ignored that advice. Anyone listen to Merrick Garland at Flynn’s Court hearing? Garland earned his future DOJ appointment at that trial. The plan worked.

At his Inaugural Address, Trump painted the big picture in his love letter to America and its Founders. But it’s being forgotten by Republicans, Centrist Democrats and Independents. Freepers, don’t let their plan divide and conquer us.

Soon Obama’s strategists will orchestrate the substitution of Biden/Harris with the newly well-groomed, smooth-talking Michelle (my prediction) or teflon Newsome who can beat the Trump base assisted by vote fraud.

Don’t let your emotional thinking blind you to their plan. Theirs is an ideological battle to end America. Only Trump has the grit to withstand their assault. We do not have to like him or the details of his platform. But Obama and his brain trust stick to the plan because know they have only one foe standing in their way. Do you?”

the forbes of 2022 is not the same publication as the one Trump was arguing with.

The Forbes family sold the magazine.

So, your thought is irrelevant to the issue at hamd
