The guy in that YouTube I posted is a Board Member of our gun club. He’s been working his ass of here defending our God given Rights.

Just a single judge. I’d expect an appeal to 3 judge panel. But that will take time and meanwhile, people will soon be free to buy higher capacity magazines again.
Interesting tidbit from the video. CA also has a fixed magazine law for long guns. That is, at least before today, you could only have 10 round magazine and it had to be screwed in. You needed a tool to change magazines. The guy in this video says that judge wrote something like “it stands to reason that if you have the right to a gun, you also have the right to be able to put bullets in it...”. So, possibly challenge to the fixed magazine law in the works.

Yeah, well, doesn’t quite work that way unfortunately (or, fortunately in some cases). It’s binding to the western states under the 9th Circuit. If there is another federal court that has a different, contradictory ruling then the USSC will have to settle the differences.
Assuming of course it isn’t overturned on appeal. Which I said upthread it likely - but maybe it isn’t so likely. The lawyers and state AGs may not want to create a conflict that the USSC has to take up for exactly that reason - they don’t want this ruling to be upheld across the entire country.

President Trump’s nominations. Not all of them were deep state compromised selections by the Turtle.

Unless it was a SC decision, you can count on California appealing it.

From the email sent by the Second Amendment Foundation which quoted the decision:
"... and because they are reasonably related to service in the militia, the magazines are presumptively within the protection of the Second Amendment." Judge Benitez said the "M" word.

George W. Bush appointed Judge Benitez. Yes, there are some differences between Repubs and Democrats.

I was thinking the same. Illinois’ lawmakers needs a Constitutional slap in the face.
