The U.S. deconstructed the majority of its munition plants after WW2. I grew up in a small Wisconsin town that had a munitions plant. All that is left are roads, gates, a few minor buildings. Everything for actual production is gone. Then they would most likely need to rebuild the supply and infrastructure to supply such plants. Are fabulous long term deep thinking leaders... Oh wait, we don’t have those.

BTW.it is confirmed. My contact in eastern Europe informed me that the Ukies had gangs running around in eastern countries gathering up people who had fled THE..Ukraine to send them back to fight. According to that person, they tell them either go back and fight or your family left behind disappears.
They had asked european countries to send them back and were denied.
Its 2023, unless they moth balled some of their presses, dies and other various things. Shells by 2025, won’t matter one iota. Will Ukraine resort to catapults?
