"I always assume FR is monitored by the feds..."

Always assume everything is monitored by the Feds.

Speak in general terms and hypotheticals.

I remember taking flak here about deciding against going to the Capitol on Jan 6th.

Yes, I understand it's my right to free assembly - but we are not warring with a rational, human system, but "...against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Ephesians 6:12

“I always assume FR is monitored by the feds anyway.”

Every venue where public “opinion” is published is being monitored by the anti-1st Amendment thought crimes unit of Government. What’s missing in the US, so far, is Gov arresting people that post comments that Gov doesn’t like.... like already being done in the UK.

One of the hazards of being a fed is losing your independence of mind.

Most feds never truly grew up. What they did after high school was go straight into something where they were taken care of.

I’m not accusing here, just being straight with you.

When you’re a fed, you have that thing in the back of your mind that says “You must do this.” It is this thing that takes away your independence of mind.

The worst part is when you have to do something you know isn’t right. That eats away at your sense of self.

"I always assume FR is monitored by the feds anyway."

Every FR thread is instantly cataloged right at the moment of its creation by Google and Bing (and DuckDuckGo).

The Duck usually wins the race (conditions lofl), ironically, even though they mainly scrape from Google.

Count on it. I would be surprised if the NSA hasn’t already assembled a log of every site, link, and post contents that any of us has used to date. I’ve been here since 1995. We exist in an ever expanding Surveillance State. Police State, here we are!
