I've learned about salmon grades, and the lower-grade, farm raised ones are really bad.
I still go wild-caught whenever possible, but those are still vastly more expensive.
Did you know that he pink color is almost always added artifically?

My Mom used to make Salmon Loaf out of canned salmon. Us kids hated it. To this day I love fresh wild salmon, and hate canned salmon.
