Won’t happen. First, Trump’s lawyers will have a dozen motions. Then there will be an appeal to the 11th circuit (not Trump friendly) for a panel; if they deny the appeal an appeal to en banc; if en banc refuses the appeal, it goes to the Supes. This will all take considerable time, and especially given election season, the Appeals court or Supes may step in at any time and call this election interference.

People forget so easily that the facts concerning election fraud have never been adduced before a court of law, there was not even ONE doiscovery proceeding allowed by either feeral or state courts.That was a travesty of Justice.
If these various cases go to trial there are reams of evidence indicating fraud in the 2020 election whiic will be factual submissions on discovery.
The secure document case is fatally flawed because the feds
did not exhaust all administrative remedies and simply initiated a criminal case on what statutorily was a civil matter concerrning presiidential records..
