Your court guru is right on the money. If these bogus cases are not all dismissed before the election, then American jurisprudence is definitely in the dumpster.The sheer politicization of the U.S.legal system is becoming more and more blatant with each passing day.

I was in error in one minor point: Cawthorne and MTG’s cases were tossed along the lines I laid out, but apparently in NM a J6 protestor was kicked off the ballot. I assume he did not appeal.
