Former Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) said Friday on MSNBC’s “Ana Cabrera Reports” that he was deeply concerned that America is so divided that it could end up in a civil war.
Kasich said, “Let me just make an observation. There are many Americans who just can’t wait for Donald Trump to go to jail, and there are Trump people who just are so angry at the system that they think the system of justice doesn’t work in America, and nobody’s listening to anybody else, and it’s all dominated by anger.”
He continued, “I’ve become convinced, and it’s going to get people stirred up, I think we need some sort of a spiritual revival in this country. I don’t know what’s going to get people out of their silos. I don’t know what’s going to quell the anger, which is now turning into hatred, one side against the other. We’ve seen spiritual movements before work in the Gilded Age at the turn of the 20th Century, there was a time when the robber barons ran everything and the Social Gospel Movement was born. It changed America from an I country into a we country for about 60 or 70 years.”

Translating Kasich: Half the country are a&$&*@#$ who think a banana republic is not beneath them and persecuting political opponents is okay, and I’m one of them. The other half are stuck in their defiant silos and wont be intimidated by power. So instead of doing anything productive, I’m going to suggest some pointless fluff with newage tones of capitulence.

Bring it. Nelson Mandela was incarcerated from 1964 to 1982, and after release shook up governance of South Africa. I don't think President Trump would last long if jailed, but it could be the trigger for a civil war. If he is jailed, where should followers take action, and what kind of actions? New leaders will rise in Trump's defense, and could get things rolling. Get the popcorn ready, times are interesting.

Based upon my own, numerous, observations, I believe this to be a very accurate statement by the mailman's kid. But has anyone ever asked why? Why are these people so emotionally and very personally heavily invested in this palpable desire to see Trump go to jail? Step back and ask about all the inescapable evidence regarding Biden's corruption, Obama's election interference, including all the well-established CIA, NSA, and other federal interference, along with Hillary's Russia lies, and documented illegal activity, including destroying evidence, wiping emails, etc.
Why are these same people not angry about all this. It's not as though any of it is completely baseless or without documented foundation? Then why are they possessed with jailing Donald Trump?
So, one would have to conclude that none of this liberal zealotry is about justice. It is about bloodlust, plain and simple. The Right longs for justice. The Left is consumed by bloodlust.
