Former President Donald Trump has subpoenaed Fox News in an effort to attain an unaired interview with former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund. The interview was originally intended to air as part of then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s investigation into Jan 6 and the more than 40,000 hours of footage he was granted access to. The National Pulse yesterday released parts of the interview, with further clips due on Thursday afternoon.
One item of particular interest to Donald Trump’s legal team is comments that Sund may have made to Carlson regarding the presence of federal agents in the crowd on Jan 6. In an interview with English comedian Russell Brand, Carlson stated that Sund believed federal agents were among the crowds protesting the 2020 Presidential election result:

For anyone who lived through Election Night 2020, and watched Trump winning comfortably at 11:00 P.M. EST, only to lose that massive lead by the following morning, skepticism about the election will always remain intense. (And it seems more people are getting skeptical by the day.)
That skepticism is hardened by stories of municipalities that actually stopped counting during the night and reopened with large Biden pluralities.
Be aware that 570 Jan6 people are still held in Bidenland’s D.C. jails (when post was written).......incarcerated for so long.......without trial.
The 570 were mostly kept in “restricted housing,” which translates to solitary confinement or other extreme denials of privileges normally granted to the general prison population.
So a large number of Americans are being held in Bidenland without trial under conditions that the Geneva Conventions would object to.
Moreover, they violate the Constitution’s promise of both a speedy trial and the right to be free of cruel and unusual punishment (especially before a trial is carried out with the proper due process........ and an actual conviction).
Sund also stated that he, Capitol Police Chief, was completely shut out of the security arrangements for J6.
Don’t forget the precincts that covered the windows while they were “counting.”
Yes, he can subpoena witnesses, documents, video and more in his defense. The one Hugh and Series mistake Jack Smith made was bringing the four latest charges. Trump’s team is guaranteed by the Constitution and Federal law to subpoena anything in the entire federal government’s possession to be used in his defense. Obviously, the FNC video isn’t in the possession of government. Raheem has it and I’m positive the if Trump doesn’t get it from FNC, he’ll get it from Raheem.

Numerous vids exist showing Epps with a bull horn encouraging protesters to storm the Capitol Bldg. Under Oath Epps testified that he never entered the Capitol Bldg, but there are vids showing Epps walking around inside the Bldg. The vids show Epps whispering information into other protesters ears and looking at the camera. Who paid Epps expenses to travel from Az to Washington DC and who paid his expenses?????Maybe Pelosi and others were involved with Epps and his follow organizers encouraging protesters to storm the Bldg. to make sure it was an effective event putting the blame on Trump’s shoulders. Trump is shown in a vid telling marchers to be peaceful.

Thanks for the details on our Jan 6th patriots being jailed in Bidenland. Not enough attention is being paid to them. And the number 570 is astounding.
