Similar type of measure versus countermeasure——a woman I knew was a violinist. She said to audition for symphonies women thought males were getting hired too much. They had a curtain put up. But males had different men’s shoes and clomped up to the music stand behind the curtain, so the women all started wearing men’s shoes! That amazed me.

Heh, they’d probably get 100 or 200 applications with the same black guy talking. Imagine the money making opportunity for that guy. Would the school ever check to make sure it was really you? Of course not.

I identify as a mimority and adjust my skin color and looks and oh, even gender if necessary. Gender is fluid you know, as libs have lectured all of us. Can’t question me, thats not accepting what I am.

How about an application with no name and no mention of race, creed, color, gender, political affiliation, no address or state affiliation just a number.
Applicants chosen are based on merit then notified of selection.
Just pick all the ones with made-up names.
