Investigative reporter Julie Kelly says that Special Counsel Jack Smith “very well could ask a D.C. judge to deny Donald Trump’s release, to deny him bail once he is indicted, and arrested, and arraigned” on charges relating to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
Kelly spoke to Breitbart News Sunday host Joel B. Pollak on SiriusXM Patriot on Sunday evening about the pending indictment of former President Trump, who said earlier this month that he had received a “target letter” suggesting he would be indicted.

Good advice
Trump must be seriously capable and willing to mess up the DC gravy train.
I believe that if the union ever breaks apart it will start when states refuse extradition requests from the federal government or from other states.
Tit-for-tat actions would then lead inexorably to the dissolution of the republic into groups of states that align together.
If it ever starts it will not be possible to stop it.
A contest between various judicial authorities...complete with hostages and prisoner swaps... not a good situation :-/
Okay. While I am not supporting Trump’s current bid for the WH, even I would admit that this would bring out the farmers with the pitchforks.
If they thought J6 was an insurrection, then they have no idea what that would unleash.
Well THAT would be the proverbial “Canary in the coal mine”. So the question would be, who or what will do anything about it?
Personal opinion...
“They” will never allow election ‘24 to happen therefore they won’t have to harm any high profile opposition (historically that kind of thing can boomerang badly).

They have to win it first. The US military is woefully (and admirably) very weak and poorly suited for fighting and controlling the US population. Trying to do so while standing on top of their own logistical tail is especially tough.
That is a badge of honor for the US military. It speaks to America being their home. Unless of course, they entertain the idea of fighting the American people. Then it should concern them about their essentially open bases secured via cyclone fence, their families living in town, not knowing who in their unit they can _really_ trust. They should wonder how they will get food, fuel, and contractor support from the local industrial park, etc etc.
PS... they were driven out of Afghanistan smaller than Texas alone, spent 15 years trying to pacify Iraq, and cannot control the Syrian ISIS zone as small as many states after almost a decade.
And they think they can arrest Trump and take on all of America?
And for extra fun, they soon get into a reverse reward system. The more they crack down on the American people to get at patriots going after them, the more the movement grows. It’s a classic problem in dealing with color revolutions. When you start shooting protesters and cracking down, the movement grows.
It’s quite a pickle that would fascinate Herman Kahn.
She is so full of crap. The ones who have been detained before trial were the ones who entered the building and therefore had a definite event attached to them.
Trump does not, only an accusation.

America’s “leadership” seems concerned with anything BUT American citizens, American citizens having jobs, etc.
BUT they want our tax dollars to fund every special interest they can.
And seem especially beholden to LGBTQ+ and the New World Order.
This just begs the question Why are we holding US citizens without trial? I would wager it is because under Bitme we are a banana republic.
