Vivek Ramaswamy is not legally eligible to be President. The natural born citizen clause predates the Fourteenth Amendment by several decades. He is a Fourteenth Amendment/Wong Kim Ark citizen, not a natural-born citizen. His campaign for the Presidency is illegitimate.

We live in Clown World, why not have a show?…🤡👺👹
JSM_Liberty ~ I am sure your evidence for this is rock solid.
Does Canadian Outrage have anything to add?
Nope. Nothing in the law supports that position. They are US Citizens and nothing in the Constitution says differently. And if you do not have to be naturalized, you are natural born.
Wong Kim Ark was never declared a “natural born Citizen” in the Supreme Court case. He was declared a Citizen via the 14th Amendment. If a statute has to make one a Citizen, that’s not a “natural born Citizen”.
HOWARD DEAN-—HEAD OF DNC NEVER VETTED OBAMA’S BACKGROUND INFO.
Pelosi ‘certified’ Obama.
Both should be prosecuted
EVERYTHING OBAMA sign should be voided.
Do you think India could send Ramaswami a draft notice for the Indian Army? Could they tax him on his income? The US government would not allow such activities.
An Ammendment to the Constitution once ratified is in the Constitution. It’s not a “Doesn’t-Quite-Count-Because-It’s-an-Ammendment”, there’s no special category!
The SOLE arbiter in Ubama’s case was the one and only...... NANCY PELOSI. She, within her power as head of the Democrats, declared him eligible to be President. No one challenged it.
That’s correct. Pelosi removed the natural born Citizen wording from Obama’s certification document to each state. McCain had the natural born Citizen wording in his though. Nobody in the media questioned it. If it was brought up, the media would label you a racist because Obama was black.
The law is clear that people born here to parents who are not U.S. citizens fall under the law of their parents' country/countries. Start with the children who are born here to ambassadors or their staffs. They ARE NOT U.S. citizens by birth.
There is no difference. If you want to try to get semantic on the matter Dred Scott uses your precious term “natural born citizen” as a right of being born in the US.
I doubt that the person I know still has the booklet, I do not know IF the booklet has been changed since '06, but I DO know that this is what was printed by our government and handed out for those to study for the exam.
I have posted this FACT since the whole Obama thingy was news, have always gotten pushback, from people who have NEVER seen such a booklet and though I can't produce it, I assure you that I am NOT lying nor fabricating this info. Believe it or not...no skin off my nose.
“The law is clear”?
What law. The law of you taking too manyt mushrooms? THERE IS NO LAW THAT SAYS THAT. The closest you can come is dual citizenship, which includes birthright citizsnship.
Guess what? An “anchor baby” is a US citizen.
The purpose of a constitutional amendment is to change the constitution. The amendment supersedes the original. The amendment becomes the Constitution.
The 14th amendment defines citizenship at birth. Any prior definition would be moot. Slaves were not considered natural born citizens but were granted citizenship because of the 14th Amendment. Under your definition a freed slave who could trace his lineage back to the Mayflower would not have been eligible to be president because his parents weren’t citizens at the time of his birth.
I think the 14th amendment was designed to remedy that problem.
You are never going to win your case. You are just barking at the moon.
Have a nice day.
They could draft him. I know firsthand of a coworker who had to pay a visit to the embassy because he got a draft notice. His country had no intention of following through but wanted to remind him that he was still subject to their draft.
As for taxes, most countries do not follow the corrupt model of the U.S. that taxes income earned anywhere in the world, hence the "exiles on Main Street" the Rolling Stones referred to.
The problem with that is there is no wording “natural born Citizen” in the Ark case. Only “Citizen”.
Someone born outside the US of US parents can be a citizen. That is probably what you are thinking of. However, a child of alien parents, born in the US id a US citizen.
That's how it works.
