Recreational weed is legal in CA. It can be smoked at your residence, which is what the lawyer was doing. Doesn’t matter if people on public property can see it being smoked on your property. Yes, it is, although it isn’t legal under Federal law. No problem for the lawyer, but maybe big trouble for Biden’s “child”. He is in the process of a plea-deal on Federal charges. Can Hunter pass a drug test? Who would dare to administer it, knowing that “No one f**ks with a Biden” according to the chief law-enforcement officer in the Federal government.
