Correct Anthony! This is 💯% grounds to call him in for a drug test. Libs on other forums are saying ‘but it’s legal to smoke pot in California’ in his defense. I say bull. You’re not supposed to have drugs in your system or be around drugs period while on probation.

I seriously believe that anybody who receives a Taxpayer Funded paycheck and benefits should be required to undergo random drug testing as well as be subject to the terms and conditions of the UCMJ. No Exceptions.
