A new poll in New Hampshire suggests that former President Donald Trump's large double-digit lead over his GOP rivals may be shrinking in the state that holds the first primary and second overall contest in the Republican presidential nominating calendar.
According to a University of New Hampshire Survey Center poll released on Tuesday, Trump enjoys the support of 37% of likely Republican presidential primary voters in the Granite State. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis stands at 23%, with the rest of the large field of contenders polling in the single digits.
Trump's 14-point lead over DeSantis is down from a 20-point margin in the previous UNH survey, which was conducted in April before the Florida governor launched his presidential campaign.

Sorry, FRiend. Sick stuff on the other side.
I get a near equal number of email and text from both Trump and DeSantis. Getting more DeSantis mail in recent weeks. Actually, as I think about it, nothing from Trump in maybe a few months.
” Fox News Projects That Joe Biden Has Carried The State Of Arizona “.
Thie is New Hampshire for God’s sake. A pismire state loaded with imbeciles. They have to be imbeciles to vote for a Sununu. The results from this state are meaningless.
That was before Ron imulated himself today.
I blocked everything . lol .
If you saw the out-of-context 15 second clip of DeSantis 42 second answer, I can see your concern. Here is the link to the thread with the full answer this morning: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4168773/posts
Wow, that’s a good way to win Trump votes in New Hampshire. With Trump and supporters dissing both Iowa and New Hampshire in recent days, if continued maybe this leads to Trump losing both which would be a bad start toward the nomination.
HI Reno! I see you are still pumping the Santis (or is it the Neocon?) baloon. You don’t quit do you?
I have a used DeSantis sign someone can have. It’s only a few months old, back when he was running for governor. I guess you can tape over the governor part.
There are polls just about every day.
And then the comments will have people arguing back and forth between Trump and DeSantis.
And then others will jump in and say polls are meaningless.
Do you have something substantive to contribute to the discussion?
What crap. Yeah, NH is a real conservative stronghold…
I used to support DeSantis - still think he’d be ok as Attorney General in a Trump administration (maybe) - but he needs to stay as Governor of Florida.
Trust Faux News? Hell no.
Thete is ONLY one response: The DOJ is a criminal org.
Fox is just the messenger. The poll is by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center.
Yes, DOJ is a criminal organization. The next president needs to clean house. Off topic but who would be a good attorney general with the gravitas and experience to get the job done? I really can’t immediately think of anyone.
Janet Piro.
Polls, schmolls.
They are only reading the headlines. They are coming away with a completely different take of what actually happened with DeSantis.
