Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake filed an appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court in her election case that alleges at least 8,000 unreadable ballots were misconfigured.
The appeal, which was filed on Friday, can be read here:

On page two of the appeal, Lake's legal team alleges that at least 8,000 ballots were unreadable and not "duplicated or counted."
"The ballot-on-demand printer investigation report by former Chief Justice McGregor ('the McGregor Report') found that 'four printers randomly printed one or a few ‘fit to page’ ballots in the middle of printing a batch of ballots…[n]one of the technical people with whom we spoke could explain how or why that error occurred.' Appx:0281 (emphasis added)," the appeal reads.

A GOPe candidate would have folded long ago (and many have). However, Lake knows there was fraud in the Arizona elections (as do many of us). I suspect her conscious will not allow her to give up until all hope is lost. But, at least she will know that she has tried her best!
she lost by 17,000 votes....moot....
Argh! I know the difference between “conscience” and “conscious”, but apparently my fingers do not.
Bad fingers. Bad, bad fingers!
I know someone who voted R across the entire ticket, showed up in person to vote in Scottsdale and had her ballet invalidated.
“she lost by 17,000 votes....moot....”

That is probably what the Court will decide, but her appeal states “over 8,000”, so the alleged number itself should not be an issue. The Court will probably rule the winner has been certified and thus they can’t interfere with the State’s election process and its verification of the winner.
It matters not that the left uses those types of rulings to lock in their cheating as they know that all they have to do is pretty much get the media to declare their candidate the winner (as was done in the 2020 Arizona Presidential election when barely 50% of the votes had been counted). They can create the actual ballots in the following days.
Yea, she’s good at hitting herself in the head and getting fined for it. Winning!
But since when is "up to 8000" known to be less than 17,000?
Correction: Since when is “at least 8000”....
“Yea, she’s good at hitting herself in the head and getting fined for it. Winning!”
We have had several candidates over the past few years (in both Federal and State elections) in which polling and voter enthusiasm for one candidate disappeared during the few days following elections as the “ballots” continued to come in and be counted. I seriously suspect that a lot of that is due to fraud.
When you have voters who are dead, non-existent, or registered to rent-a-box addresses or commercial buildings, it makes one pretty confident that fraud in our ballot counting is embedded in the system. Especially when the “last minute” or “found” ballots always go one way (to the left). I appreciate Lake pushing the issue. If she keeps doing so, we may find that we return to one day of voting with verified ballots and clean voting rolls.
Lake is sacrificing a lot on an issue that many of us have complained about for years as our elected GOP representatives have folded and slunk away at the Marc Elias-type litigation that is heavily funded by Soros and the such.
The real cheat here was that thieving bitch Hobbs sabotaged the machines in Republican precincts on Election Day. They were down for hours and a rat judge refused to extend the hours so the thousands who had to leave couldn’t come back later and vote l was in AZ that day and it was a hell of lot more than 17,000
How long did it take for Abolitionists to win?
I ALMOST made it in before the folks who out of one side of their mouths complain that Republicans don’t fight back against being cheated in elections, and out of the other side belittle the efforts of those that do. SMH.
One fraudulent vote should require investigation.
“I ALMOST made it in before the folks who out of one side of their mouths complain that Republicans don’t fight back against being cheated in elections, and out of the other side belittle the efforts of those that do. SMH.”
Yep. We have a lot of those. Danged if you do, and danged if you don’t.
“We need fighters who will stand up for our rights”! And, “How dare they fight back on this issue for it makes the GOP look bad! Regroup and do better in the next election”.
That has been going on for a couple of decades now and our nation keeps moving further and further left against the wishes of the people.
“Lake’s expert testified this ‘error’ could only result from malware or remote access and resulted in at least 8,000 misconfigured ballots, the vast majority of which were neither duplicated nor counted,” it continues. >>> I highly doubt malware or remote access. I have developed and printed stuff on every type of printer in existence for about 30 years. Including checks maybe a billion dollars worth a year. 8 billion in payables each year in EFT, etc. Including a couple of pallets of paper EOB’s and SOR’s each day. No one who works for the government has the ability to configure these systems and test them. not one. They are natural born incompetents. And they couldn’t spell malware let alone actually do it. And who ever chose to have an on demand printer that feeds a scanner from the output is insane. Desktop type computer printers are highly unreliable for anything. A misplaced kerned space in between a word could cause a page to go belly up.
Disenfranchised voters could easily be more than 17,000 with the Election Day chaos at the polls in Maricopa County. Voting went smoothly everywhere except Lake’s strongholds. We couldn’t vote until noon in Biggs’ district.
Imagine what would have happened if Kari Lake and the other Republicans in Arizona hadn’t told their voters to vote early but wait until Election Day to vote, the machines would have been no factor at that point
Yeah, it’s amazing how many people bash this woman for fighting for what is right, just, and honorable. Maybe they haven’t been paying attention to what she’d been going through the last six months.
The question not asked here is what is the political makeup of the Arizona Supreme Court?
I agree. May sound waste of time to some but if it was their vote that got changed or their race that got stolen they likely would think otherwise.
