Washington, D.C. schools are some of the best funded in the nation. They have much higher funding per student than most schools in Arizona or Utah. Washington, D.C. is majority black.
In the Tulsa riots the Blacks were all Republicans and successful business people.
The rioters were Democrat supporters of KKK Woodrow Wilson and KKK William Jennings Bryan.
Black people have been handed more and more white people's money, via the Public Housing, Food Stamps, Welfare, and every other payoff to keep them from stealing, and it STILL doesn't work.
Tax dollars and favored treatment is NEVER enough, just to buy their votes. One of the great oxymorons is "black father child support payments", let alone even identifying black fathers. Start with DNA testing their babies, and ID the fathers, and have them pay child support (out of their welfare benefits, if necessary).
Suburban and rural white folk are tired of subsidizing blacks for all the handouts, and lets have reparations to the taxpayers, who are FORCED by politicians fot pay for the black votes (as LBJ said, "we'll have them voting Democrat for 50 years........LOL").
One real oddity I saw the other day was a white guy in a TV commercial......only blacks are allowed, anymore (, as long as they have a white girlfriend/wife). Unfortunately, this post may not survive "racist" labeling, because facts don't matter anymore..........just "wokeness".

What the blacks don’t realize is how badly it will end for them. They are vastly outnumbered and I think their chances would greatly diminish outside the cities.
I’m sure they know urban survival well, but suburban and rural? Not many people of any demographic would do well in rural settings. THe outdoors has it’s own dangers most city folks have no idea about.
