Former President Trump’s campaign described Iowa State Senator Jeff Reichman (R) as “lily-livered,” for flipping his endorsement to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) following Trump’s attack on Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds (R) earlier this week.
In a statement to The Hill, Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung stated, “There is no room for weak-kneed and lily-livered people on Team Trump.”

I’ll stand with Trump. USMC officer corps showed America a treasonous side when Trump came to office. Mattis, Allen, Dunford, and all the clowns that ruthlessly enforced the covid rules and cracked down on criticism of the incompetence of the Afghan evacuation.
I agree with you that politics is a blood sport.
My only issue was not how the vet reacts to Trump (or his campaign) but how it will be perceived by the GOP voters. It would be one thing if he was talking about supporting a Democrat but that wasn’t the case here. His campaign didn’t need to do this.
Trump’s *entire* focus should be on the Biden Crime Family,the state of the nation and on criminals at the FBI,the DOJ and at several county prosecutors’ offices.

He’s not a combat vet. He was awarded no combat action ribbon and his bio is suspiciously devoid of what unit he was in or what job he did. Some kind of staff guy. Two, yes, you can indeed insult a combat vet. McCain deserved America’s scorn. John Kerry is another. Crenshaw is a tool. Mattis is a closet homo and either corrupt or stupid judging from the way Elizabeth Holmes brought him into her scam.

Trump has been called the most degrading names in American political history, and if he or someone comes out with a response that is not Eagle Scout, some people get their panties in a wad in one second. Much more upset than at sniffer Biden, who is actively, literally, destroying the nation as fast as he can.
Comments like that and others he has made in recent days are not appropriate for an individual who is vying for conservative votes.
He needs to tone down the gutter rhetoric and stick to policy issues and his accomplishments while president rather than personal attacks.
Better stay with the lockdown co president of faucets n birx who signs blank checks to big pharma, bumpstock bans, supports groomer cuz the moneys right, and as a final finger to the constitution signs off on mail in ballots to hand the country over the Marxists and people coming for your kids.
