And, what does being gay have to do with being a mayor or a Admin Sec? Nothing whatsoever. But, he was hired as an Affirmative Action hire. Like jackson in SCOTUS.
When you select primarily on anything other than merit, this is what you get; 2nd rate (at best). E.g., look at the tranny competing as women — they were perhaps worse than 100 real guys over in the men’s category.
I’ve always argued that in hiring you do not look for the best. You look for the least expensive that still fulfills all of the requirements. But, if you drop your standards so as to select on something other than merit, you all too frequently start at the bottom of the barrel.
Buttgig is a tool. Hired by someone installed into the WHouse like a toilet is installed.

mayor Pete forgets about Lawrence v. Texas. ?
This directly led to SCOTUS Obergefell v. Hodges which led to invalidating the “Defense of Marriage” act leading to gay marriages.
Concensus was that it was a setup...that Lawrence Jr., an older white man, was arrested along with Tyron Garner a black man, was wanting to be caught having sex.
