With each bump of cocaine, pop of a pill or hit of heroin, drug users pull the trigger in an increasingly deadly game of Russian roulette.
The bullet, a powerful synthetic opioid called fentanyl, is loaded into much of the illicit drug supply across South Carolina and the nation. That has led to an unprecedented surge in deadly overdoses.
What to do if you suspect someone is overdosing?
1. Check for an opioid overdose. Signs include: unresponsiveness or unconsciousness; pinpoint pupils; snoring or gurgling; blue lips or fingernails; shallow, slowed or stopped breathing; and cold or clammy skin.
2. Dial 911. Tell the dispatcher that you suspect someone has overdosed and ask them to send medical personnel to your location, and to bring Narcan. The dispatcher will walk you through how to administer it as well.
3. Administer Narcan. Pill the foil from the nasal spray. Place two fingers on either side of the nozzle and your thumb on the plunger. Place the nozzle into one nostril and squeeze. Repeat, switching nostrils after each dose. It may take several doses for a response.
4. Support the person’s breathing. If the person is not breathing, provide rescue breathing. A dispatcher will walk you through the process. If they are breathing, turn the person onto their side to prevent them from inhaling vomit.
5. Monitor. Breathing usually begins within 3 to 5 minutes. Nacran only works for 30 to 90 minutes after which overdose symptoms may return, so it’s important to get the person to an emergency room.
Narcan is safe for children, pregnant women and animals, and has no adverse effects, expect a bad taste, even if the person is not actually overdosing.

Anyone who’s taking illicit drugs on purpose... no sympathy.
What I worry about is when regular prescription and OTC drugs are tainted. I think I read that happened with Xanax (but am not sure).
Since most of our drugs come from China, I’d be surprised if all kinds of horrible things are being done in their war to sieze America. No need to fire a shot.
It’s only deadly if you take it.
If the stats are being screwed with, it’s dead even if you don’t.

I say outlaw Narcan and the problem will solve itself.
Just another bullet in the ammo belt of the globalhomos. Along with the Covid bioweapon, Covid “vaccine” and food supply sabotage. Just trying to slow kill the world one person at a time.
