This was a smoke screen/squirrel in order to advance the larger debt forgiveness plan called REPAYE. Under that plan most students will be forgiven their school debts.

In short: You can’t transfer debt from those who asked for it to those who didn’t ask for it.

They are dumb. Most didn’t pay a penny towards the debt the three years it was interest free. Now they don’t even get the 10 grand deducted. I bet most of the dummies thought all of it would disappear. They are pissed. But I think more at Biden at least until the media tells them it’s the republicans fault which they will.

It’s actually been good for the blacks and gays and young people.

Affirmative action is an insult and a handicap to black Americans.

Gays need to be reined in. Indulging their whims harms them as well as us.

And young people need to be held to adulthood and pay their debts. That is good for them.

Kingsfield from “The Paper Chase” would have had the same opinion.
Presidential nullification of a legal contract is illegal.

The blacks that are upset are the ones that know their performance and grades suck, but want a free ride.

“Women and minorities hit hardest!” ;)

Now let’s move onto DIE policies that openly declare their plans for reducing white males in their workforce.

It took my wife almost ten years to pay off her loans after graduating from pharmacy school. But she paid them off. I would have been pissed if this loan forgiveness plan had gone into effect.

I know some friends of my daughter that graduated college with nearly 100K in loans. Crazy to have that much debt in your early 20s.

“Crazy to have that much debt in your early 20s. “

And often with little to show for it. It would be one thing if they were paying down on that and got a title to a house at the end of it..

No one should underestimate the incredible damage this Court did to the Deep State, and it all went under the radar as people focused on Dobbs and Bruen.

The two EPA decisions, combined with Jarkesy v. SEC at the 5th Circuit, drastically scaled back how the admin state can define its work and expand.

As much as Freepers hate him, Johnny Boy Roberts played a KEY role in this in the Obamacare decision. Everyone focused on his AFFIRMATION of the program as a “tax,” but missed his predicate ruling in that case that you couldn’t use the Commerce Clause of the Constitution to expand the admin state.

So now, the Progs have nothing to fall back on.

A big thumbs up to President Donald Trump for his SCOTUS appt’s that have saved, at least for the foreseeable future our Country from becoming a total dictatorship. Now, the House will continue to expose the corruption of the Biden regime, laying the groundwork for getting our Country back on track once President Trump is back in office as the 47th President of the United States. Then I will rest much more easy at night.
