The remains of 10 men and six women have been pulled from the Chicago River and Lake Michigan since the beginning of last year, prompting fears of a serial killer terrorizing the community.
Patterns have been noticed as the bodies have piled up, with five men’s bodies recovered in the last six months.
“There’s too many coincidences,” Tracy Walder, former CIA and FBI federal agent told The Post by phone. Walder thinks a serial killer could be at work, pointing out the cases of “accidental” drownings, bodies being recovered far from where the victims were reported missing, and short periods during which multiple victims have been found.

Not saying it is not a serial killer. Just going for the most likely possibility.
Alcohol and water is a bad combo.
Isn’t that a typical Chicago body count after a extended holiday weekend like the 4th of July, Labor Day, etc. ?
Maybe Chicago Police lowering the murder rate by turn some into accidental drowning victims.... 🧐. Think of the advantages, lowers Chicago murder rate stats and creates a new program which must be funded..... ghetto swim lessons!
The City, eastern, and northeastern parts of Chicago have had low murder rates, especially for victims who are: 1) white, and 2) not involved with drug buying and selling. The article omits to say it, but the serial killer concern stems from many victims being out of pattern (i.e., white/not prostitutes/not druggies or otherwise involved with criminals), and perishing in clusters (locationally and in time.)
2-15 not a coincidence
16-30 a coincidence
30-45 a pattern
46+ serial killings
Sounds like the Smiley Face Killer theory.
Yes. That notion was floated around Boston in prr-plandemic times.
That’s like what? One a month?
Not going there...
I would question why Tracy Walder has such strong opinions about this.
The PMS Killer?
15 dead bodies is just a coincidence. But you cant fool me forever!
Chicago has no eastern side, there is only a , North Side, West Side, and a South Side. East is Lake Michigan.
You’ve met my ex?
Is this not normal for Chicago since forever?
