Biden mocks Second Amendment supporters, says you 'need an F-16’ to take on government

President Biden took another swipe at Second Amendment supporters Tuesday evening, reminding them that they would "need an F-16" to challenge the U.S. government.

Biden's remarks at a fundraising event in a private residence in California came as he discussed gun violence in America and stressed the notion that Americans do not need AR-15s.

"We have to change," Biden said. "There’s a lot of things we can change, because the American people by and large agree you don’t need a weapon of war. I’m a Second Amendment guy. I taught it for four years, six years in law school. And guess what? It doesn’t say that you can own any weapon you want. It says there are certain weapons that you just can’t own. Even during when it was passed, you couldn’t own a cannon. You can’t own a machine gun.… No, I’m serious."

I learned that while I was at Homestead (early’80s) some Nicaraguans, I believe, were caught walking near the flightline, one night. They were in AF uniforms, but aroused suspicion because the insignia that they wore were not subdued. The AF had changed to subdued insignia, not too long before that. I can’t begin to describe how stupid flightline security was at HAFB, in those days.

I think most military people would defy orders to do a major crackdown on citizens.

I also think that there were more military people in the Jan 6 protest than we’ve been told.

But of government agents raiding our homes is another story, as are out of control thugs because of missing law enforcement

Well, those pesky amendments aren’t absolute. Think anyone would object to infringements on, oh, say, the 13th and 19th? 🤔

Need an F16 to take on the government? Tell it to the Taliban, Brandon.

The Constitution (Article 1, Section 8 — not the 2nd Amendment) empowers Congress to arm the militia, a duty that they almost entirely neglect.

But if Biden thinks that Congress is negligent for not supplying the militia with needed F16s, etc., bring it on.

Our Forefathers saw the need of a Second Amendment because they could foresee a President like Joe Biden.

Maybe Biden thinks it’s Ok to use Nukes domestically. That would not surprise me.
BTW,
How many F-16’s did Afghanistan have when they evicted Biden?
How many F-16’s did it take to get us to withdraw from Iraq?
How many F-16’s did it take to throw us out of Vietnam?

Well, actually competent, capable, which, of course, you have to train to achieve. Back then you would want any blacksmith work done by a blacksmith who was well-regulated.

Everyone should read Travis McGee’s “What I saw at the coup”. Very enlightening ...

Let’s see. The VC, the North Vietnamese, the Taliban, al-Queda and Iran did or do not have F-16s or did the ice cream man mean M-16s. Regardless, the Demented One, “Mr. Above the Law” is full of ... and hasn’t a clue what the hell he’s jabbering about.

When the pushin' comes to shovin' these commie types need to understand that their F-16 pilots have families and that the "little people" that the communist want these pilots to push around know where these families are.
Not something to be looked forward to but if the government wants to sic the military on the general population, they'd better figure on having those military families "targetized".
