GOP presidential candidate Chris Christie suggested Tuesday that former President Trump should have “skipped a couple of rounds of golf” to go through boxes containing classified materials after Trump said he did not have time to do so in response to a subpoena.
“He said the reason he didn’t give the documents back was because he just so very busy, and he didn’t have time to respond to a grand jury subpoena because he needed to get his golf shirts and pants out of the box,” Christie said on “CBS Mornings.” “I mean, does anybody in America believe this?”

The messages contradict for the first time publicly Christie's assertion that his administration was not involved. He cancels a public appearance, then hours later issues a statement saying he was "misled" and knew nothing. He says "people will be held responsible for their actions."
Regarding his last quote, people not him, of course.
I'll bet if federal prosecutors in a democrat DOJ wanted to, they could find 57 counts to charge Christie for this scandal, too.

Sept. 10, 2013: The Fort Lee EMS coordinator, Paul Favia, writes a letter to the mayor stating "this new traffic pattern is causing unnecessary delays for emergency services to arrive on scene for medical emergencies." He cites several examples of EMS crews being delayed to 911 calls, including a 91-year-old woman who later died.

Maybe Christie should have order the small plain pizza instead of the extra large with all the toppings.
Maybe the fatso should have dieted instead of eating all the donuts.
Trying to hold others to standards that they do not themselves abide.
This is his idea of making a cutting remark. Y'know, other than, "cut out some more doughnuts and heat up the oil."

Christie is doing to Trump what Trump has been doing to DeSantis. So, it’s ok when Trump does it to someone but not okay when someone does it to Trump, ok, I see. The hypocrisy is neck deep here. Save your comments, I’m not interested.
Same with handling and reading the documents. If the presidents fingerprints are on even a hundred of the many thousands of documents it would be surprising. Maybe Trump's folks need to demand dna testing to bring forward the actual documents that he actually ever had in his possession.
