How so? What exactly did he do to dismantle the deep state while he was President? All I saw him do was flip flop on locking Hillary up a couple days after he won the election, put in a bunch of deep state cronies like Wray and Bill Barr in power, sign every one of their budgets into law, never do anything to pursue the Biden Crime family, etc, etc, etc.
Did you see his love letter to Bill Barr when Barr reigned? He never pardoned Snowden or Assange in his last week as President, but did give medals to Fauci, Miley, and many other deep state operatives.
So I have no idea what you are talking about. Trump played the part of an enabler, when you look at his actions, not words. And I doubt they have any actual plans to put him in prison, either.

Words mean little. Judge them by their fruits. This phony indictment is helping propel Trump to win the primary now, almost as a reward. Where he will then lose the general election, again.
We really should stop the infighting. I think DJT was robbed in 2020, but a real debate needs to happen for 2024.
And election integrity is a big issue — DeSantis Team needs to realize that fact. And electability is an issue Trump Team should grip.

Why was Trump so scared to have him in the trace? Iron sharpens iron. All Trump had to do was point to how he was a better choice. That’s literally all. He couldn’t even handle that.
If elected, he will be 78 when he takes office, and he thought it smart to try to destroy one of the most conservative fighters we have in the country (by actions intelligence and words).

Sound bites and sloganeering are the tools of an entertainer, but I’ll give you that Trump is a visionary. As you know, the visionary style requires that the leader be surrounded by top flight strategic & operational leadership/teams in order to attain the leader’s vision.
How did that work out? Where was expertise required to roll out the vision? Where was the loyalty that Trump demands? It looks like his team building skills leave much to be desired.
