New York City video shows a woman lunging at a mother and her baby in a park, dragging another woman by her hair and knocking over sidewalk tables in a public meltdown Sunday.
When she targets the woman holding a baby in Manhattan's Tompkins Square Park, onlookers gasp, the video shows.

Tomkins Sq Park has long been a place known for where trouble starts. Betchya if it were someone like, say Becky Lynch or Rhonda Rousey in the park with their kids that psycho wouldn’t mess with someone like them. Funny how these “sick individuals who can’t be held accountable for their actions” seem to have the wherewithal to discern the “soft” targets.
